DopeDreamz Returns & Refunds Policy


Thank you for choosing DopeDreamz.

We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns and refunds process, outlined below.


14-Day Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date they receive their item to initiate a return request.


To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must remain attached to the item
  • All original packaging, including dust bags and accessories, must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

 

Returns requested after 14 days, or items returned without tags attached, may not be accepted unless the item is faulty.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at:

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

  • UK Returns (Non-Faulty Items):
    A pre-paid returns label or QR code will be provided. A £3.95 return fee will be deducted from your final refund.
  • International Returns (France & Monaco – Non-Faulty Items):
    Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own tracked return shipping.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items:
    We cover the full cost of return shipping once the fault has been confirmed.
  • Customs Declarations (International Returns):
    Items must be clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS” on customs documentation.
    Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect declarations will be deducted from the refund.

We do not charge restocking or handling fees.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If the return meets our conditions:


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty:


  • Worn, used, or washed items
  • Items with removed or detached tags
  • Items returned without original packaging


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Faulty items are reviewed separately and handled in line with consumer law.

 

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
