This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through DopeDreamz. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.





Shipping Locations



We currently ship to the following regions:


• United Kingdom

• France

• Monaco


Orders placed outside these regions will not be processed at this time.





Shipping Costs



• United Kingdom: £3.95

• France & Monaco: €17.00


Free shipping is available on:


• Orders over £100 (United Kingdom)

• Orders over €200 (France & Monaco)





Duties and Taxes



All import duties and taxes for France and Monaco are fully covered by DopeDreamz Limited.


Customers in these regions will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.





Order Processing & Delivery Times



• Order handling time: 1–2 business days

• Transit time (UK): 3–4 business days

• Transit time (France & Monaco): 2–11 business days


Estimated total delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on destination.


Order cut-off time: 10:00 AM (GMT)


Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.





Order Processing & Cancellations



Orders are processed quickly and may be prepared or dispatched shortly after purchase.


Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase and before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

Delivery Process



Orders are shipped using trusted and reliable delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


All shipments include tracking details, which will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.





Tracking



Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.





Parcels Damaged in Transit



If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and contact us immediately.


If damage is discovered after delivery, contact support@dopedreamz.store within 48 hours of receipt and include clear photos of the parcel and contents.
