This website (Site) is operated by DopeDreamz Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 15743886 (we, our, or us). These terms and conditions (Terms) are between us and you, the person placing an order for products (Products) through the Site.

You accept these Terms by placing an order via the Site. You must not use the Site or place an order for Products unless you are at least 16 years old (or if you are under 16, you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian). When using the Site, you must not do or attempt to do anything unlawful or inappropriate, including breaching privacy or legal rights, using the Site to defame, harass, threaten, or offend, using the Site for unlawful purposes, tampering with or modifying the Site, interfering with another user’s experience, or assisting others to do the same. Accounts
If required, you must create an account to purchase Products. You must ensure all personal data you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity on your account.

Orders
You may order Products from us as set out on the Site. By placing an order, you agree to pay the price listed (including applicable taxes and delivery fees). Check all details carefully before submitting your order. Once submitted, a binding agreement is formed. When payment is validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. All purchases are subject to availability. We do our best to keep stock updated. We may substitute certain Products with similar items if stock is unavailable; you can contact us if you wish to decline substitutions. We may cancel an order before delivery for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, or events beyond our control.

Price and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT (where applicable). You must pay the full purchase price plus any delivery fees upfront using the payment methods shown on the Site. For international orders, all prices are in GBP (£). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider. VAT or equivalent taxes may not apply to orders shipped outside the UK.

Supply of the Products
In consideration of your payment, we will provide the Products in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Delivery, Title and Risk
We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Delivery areas are shown on our Site. We normally dispatch orders within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only. Deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Title to the Products passes to you only once full payment is received. Risk transfers to you upon delivery. For international shipping, we ship worldwide, including but not limited to Europe, the United States, and selected regions in Asia. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Estimated international delivery times: 5–15 business days, depending on destination and courier.

Change of Mind Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your Products to change your mind. If your order includes multiple shipments, the 14-day period starts when the final parcel is delivered. You cannot return Products that have been damaged, worn, or are not in their original condition (for example, tags removed). To request a return, email us at info@dopedreamz.store using your order number as reference.

Returning Products to Us
If you cancel your order after dispatch, you must return the Products to us within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds may be reduced if Products are returned damaged or worn. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Limitations on and Exclusions to Our Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, unless required by law. We are not liable for any delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or shipping delays). Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

All intellectual property, logos, and content on this Site are owned by or licensed to DopeDreamz Limited. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use (for example, social sharing with credit).

Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999: No third party has rights to enforce these Terms. Third-Party Sites: We are not responsible for content on linked third-party websites.
