This website (the “Site”) is operated by DopeDreamz Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between us and you, the person placing an order for products (“Products”) through the Site.


By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

 

2. Use of the Site

 


You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 16) to use this Site. You agree not to misuse the Site, engage in unlawful activity, infringe legal rights, or attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation.


All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

 

3. Accounts

 


If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out under your account.

 

 

 

4. Orders

 


Orders placed on the Site are binding once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued.


All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders in the event of stock issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

 

 

 

5. Order Processing & Cancellations

 


Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before dispatch.


Due to fast order processing and same-day dispatch, orders may enter fulfilment shortly after purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase.


Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Prices & Payments

 


Prices are displayed:

 

  • United Kingdom: GBP (£), including VAT where applicable

  • France & Monaco: EUR (€), including applicable VAT

 


Customers are responsible for any currency conversion or processing fees charged by their payment provider.

 

 

 

7. Delivery, Title & Risk

 


Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.


Estimated delivery times:

 

  • United Kingdom: 3–4 business days

  • France & Monaco: 2–11 business days

 


Estimated total delivery time: 4–13 business days, depending on destination.


Title to Products passes once full payment is received. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.


For France & Monaco, DopeDreamz covers all import duties and taxes. For any other destinations, customs charges remain the customer’s responsibility.


Deliveries may require a signature. Parcels left with neighbours or in safe places are left at your own risk.

 

 

 

8. Change-of-Mind Returns

 


You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.


Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


Return requests must be made by emailing support@dopedreamz.store with your order number.

 

 

 

9. Returning Products & Refunds

 


Approved returns will be issued a pre-paid return label or QR code.


For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are deducted from the refund.


Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

 

 

10. Liability

 


We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless required by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including courier delays or force majeure events.


Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

 

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

 


All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this Site are owned by or licensed to DopeDreamz Limited. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

 

 

 

12. General

 

 

  • Third Party Rights: No third party may enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

  • Dispute Resolution: Alternative Dispute Resolution provider: CEDR.

  • Notices: Notices must be provided in writing via post or email.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

  • Amendments: We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the Site.
